C-living provide both shared apartments in Yao Ma Tei as well as studio apartments in North Point.
1.1 住客應尊重他人,不應對其他住客及其他訪客作出無禮或騷擾之行為。
1.2 住客之間應互相理解和包容,嚴禁滋事或作出危害自己或他人安全的行為。
1.3 為免影響他人休息及睡眠,住客應保持安靜,以免騒擾他人,特別於晚上十一時正至早上七時正,必須保持安靜。
1.4 出入公共地方,住客應穿著合宜。
1.5 不得於窗架、窗花及公眾地方晾曬衣服。
1.6 住客應節約能源,離開房間時應該把所有設備的電源關掉,以免浪費能源及避免意外發生。
1.7 住客應愛護公物及有公德心,進出大門時應確保已關好並確保已上鎖;而使用露台後,住客理應檢查所有門是否已經上鎖,以確保其他住客安全。
1.8 嚴禁在C-Living的範圍內進行任何賭博活動;特別打麻雀等會發出龐大聲響的活動,以免騷擾其他住客 。
1.1 Residents should respect each other and should not harm other residents and visitors or to cause any disturbance.
1.2 There should be mutual understanding and tolerance between residents, all disorderly behaviors and performing any act of harming oneself or others are prohibited within C-Living.
1.3 To avoid disturbing the resting and leisure time of neighbors, residents should be especially quiet during the time period between 11pm in the evening to 7am in the morning.
1.4 Residents should be properly attired in common areas.
1.5 Residents are not allowed to dry clothes on the window frame, window grills or in public places.
1.6 To avoid any accidents and being environmentally friendly. Residents should minimize energy consumption by switching off all electronic devices such as Air Conditioner, Lights and all other electrical sources before leaving the room.
1.7 Residents should protect all shared goods and facilities. In order to protect the safety of all residents, residents should make sure the main doors are carefully locked upon entering and leaving; after using the balconies, residents should also check whether the doors are carefully locked.
1.8 All gambling activities (especially mahjong with disturbing noises) are prohibited within C-Living.

Residents are not allowed to perform any illegal acts and/or to keep, use, produce any prohibited articles within C-Living. 24 hours CCTV monitoring system is installed, we have the right to trace back the videos and reserve the right to pursue legal action.
2.1 Residents are not allowed to keep any dangerous or prohibited items, such as drugs, toxic, flammable, explosive, corrosive and other dangerous goods.
2.2 Residents are not allowed to keep obscene and indecent articles, objectionable publications and video products
2.3 Residents are not allowed to post indecent or offensive slogans, posters or pictures in common area
2.4 Residents are not allowed to perform any illegal acts using the C-Living Wi-Fi.
2.5 According to The Smoking (Public Health) Ordinance, smoking is prohibited in C-Living (both indoor and outdoor areas)
2.6 Any events held within C-Living, unless held by C-Living, will have no relation to C-Living and its subsidiaries. If participants offended the law, they will be required to bear their own legal liabilities.
2.7 According to The Summary Offences Ordinance, residents are not allowed to drop objects from height.

住客嚴禁在C-Living內作出任何違反香港法例之行為, C-Living之公共位置設24小時監控錄像,若有需要將會抽查錄像追究法律責任。
2.1 在C-Living範圍內嚴禁藏有任何危險或違禁物品,如毒品、有毒、易燃、易爆、有腐蝕性等危險品。
2.2 在C-Living範圍內嚴禁收藏違禁香港法例之物品。舉凡軍械,火藥,磺硝,汽油及揮發性之化工原料或有爆炸性之危險物品,均不許存放於房間及C-Living之範圍內。
2.3 嚴禁在公共空間及走廊張貼不雅、令人反感或觸犯法例之字句的標語、海報或圖畫等。
2.4 嚴禁使用C-Living所提供之電腦網絡作出違反香港法例之用途。
2.5 按《吸煙(公眾衛生)修訂條例》規定,C-Living整樓層 (包括室內及室外地方) 一律嚴禁吸煙。
2.6 任何於C-Living範圍內的活動,除非由C-Living舉辦,否則其餘一切租客之間的活動及其他自發性的活動皆與C-Living及其品牌無關,參與活動者如觸犯法例,需自行附上有關法律責任。
2.7 根據香港法例第二百二十八章《簡易程序治罪條例》4B(1)條,住客不得高空擲物。
共居生活適合預算較低、對地理便利有所要求、同時不抗拒群體生活的你。在共居生活中,我們提倡的是社區的融合及交流,租戶間可以互相交流。然而,良好的居住空間需共同維護,因此共居生活適合自律並為他人著想的你。在共享空間裡,每人都有自己的獨立廁所及房間,因此同樣適合想擁有私人空間的你。
3.1 住客應恰當地使用C-Living之地址,不可用作任何商業或違反法例之用途。
3.2 所有房間只供住客之用,不可分租借予他人,更不可用作任何商業用途。
3.3 住客不得隨意調換、搬走、移動、加裝或拆卸房間之傢俱及設施。
3.4 住客不准在房間的牆壁、窗戶、地板及天花上塗寫、張貼廣告、使用膠水、膠紙、膠貼、鑽孔或自行更換油漆顏色。如發現上述情況,住客需作出賠償。
3.5 在C-Living範圍內,嚴禁進行任何形式的推銷和商業活動,更不可擅自擺放或張貼任何宣傳物品;亦不可進行拍攝、錄像或採訪等,以免影響住客的生活及C-Living的正常運作。

Co-living provides a convenient and comfortable living space in a relatively lower rent. It also provides tenants the opportunities to communicate with different people. Moreover, having shared facilities means everyone should work together and protect the facilities.
Therefore, it is suitable for people who have a lower budget, self-discipline, looking for privacy and would also like to expand his social network.
3.1 Residents should adhere to the proper use of C-Living address, and not for any illegal purposes and commercial purposes or lending to others.
3.2 All rooms are for individual resident only and not to be used for any commercial purposes or lending to others.
3.3 Residents are not allowed to alter, take away, move, add or remove furniture and facilities of the rooms.
3.4 Residents are not allowed to put up graffiti, posters and advertisements and to glue, tap, drill, write on or deface the walls, windows, floors and ceilings of the rooms. If there is any damage, residents shall compensate C-Living for the damage.
3.5 Residents shall not place any promotion materials, conduct marketing and commercial activities, shooting, recording or interviewing without prior permission are strictly prohibited within C-Living.

4.1 Residents must take good care of both the entrance and the room keycards which shall not be transferred to others.
4.2 Each room has one set of keycards for both entrance and room. The deposit is HKD200. Residents must return the set of keycards after their lease terms ends. The deposit of the keycards will be returned by C-Living together with initial deposit within 30 days after the end of lease term without any interest rate.
4.3 If you lose any of your keys, please notify C-Living immediately and you will also be responsible for paying the charge of key copying.
4.4 Residents are not allowed to change the locks of rooms or adding padlocks, residents are responsible for all the repair and maintenance costs caused by the damages. C-Living also has the right to debit the amount of repair expenses directly from the deposit without prior notice to residents.
4.1 住客必須妥善保管大門及房間匙卡,不得轉交他人。
4.2 每戶只獲配一套匙卡(大門及房門),而一套匙卡按金為港幣二百元正,住客必須於租約完結時交回匙卡,所有按金會一併於30個工作天內無息發還。
4.3 如遺失大門或房間匙卡,住客必須立即通知C-Living,並須繳付C-Living配置新匙卡之費用。
4.4 住客不得私自更換門鎖或另加掛鎖,如有發現一切損壞及維修費用均由住客負責。C-Living亦有權在不需要住客同意的情況下於租金按金扣除有關費用。

According to the C-Living company policy, we will only accept residents who are willing to rent for six months or longer.

5.4 未經C-Living允許,不得在公眾地方的牆壁、窗戶、地板及天花上塗寫、張貼廣告、使用膠水、膠紙、膠貼或鑽孔或自行更換油漆顏色。如發現上述情況,住客需作出賠償。
5.5 嚴禁違章偷電行為,不准拆改電力線路/裝置及私自接駁電線和網線。5.6 住客不得隨意調換、搬走、移動、加裝或拆卸房間之傢俱及設施。
5.1 Residents should take extra care of their personal belongings and avoid keeping valuables within their rooms. C-Living is not responsible for any loss of personal belongings.
5.2 Residents should stay alert and lock their doors and windows upon leaving. To avoid any crime, please report to the police immediately when there is any suspected act of theft.
5.3 Any C-Living public property shall be used within the same location where they are placed. Do not take away the items without prior permission. Compensation will be demanded for any damage.
5.4 Without the approval of C-Living, residents are not allowed to put up graffiti, posters and advertisements and to glue, tap, drill, write on or deface the walls, windows, floors and ceilings of the public area. If there is any damage, residents shall compensate C-Living for the damage.
5.5 Electricity theft as well as alteration and addition of electrical wirings and facilities are strictly prohibited.
C-living is equipped with daytime security guard and 24-hour closed-circuit television. In addition, C-living will only distribute a certain number of electronic key cards to each household. There are specific key cards for entering the common areas and tenants's own rooms. People without a key card will not be able to get in. The shared apartment has a complete security system, so you can live at ease.
C-living所有房間都不準飼養寵物。
C-living提供日間保安,以及24小時的閉路電視,記錄低所有出入口的進出情況。此外,C-living只會向每戶派發一定數量的電子鎖匙卡,進入公共空間及個人房間都有特定的匙卡,没有匙卡者將不能內進。共享公寓保安系統完備,住客可放心入住。
6.1 Residents should keep their rooms clean and ensure hygienic conditions to avoid any virus or insect breeding.
6.2 Cleaning service will be arranged weekly for public spaces. If there is any special cleaning services, notifications of schedules and arrangements will be announced one week in advance.
6.3 Garbage should be put into garbage bins located in the back staircases within the building.
6.4 No pets or animals are allowed in C-Living.
Pet keeping is not allowed in C-living.
6.1 住客必須保持房間內及公眾地方清潔衛生,防止病菌肆虐及蟲蟻滋生。
6.2 公共空間會定期進行清潔,而有關特別或大型清潔之安排將於清潔日前一星期通知。
6.3 住客須自行將垃圾放進後樓梯之大廈垃圾桶內。
6.4 不得攜帶任何寵物或動物進入C-Living。
除了冷氣機及開放式廚房(包層櫃及煮食爐)外,其他傢具租客需自行添置。
7.1 Unless accompanied by their host residents, visitors are restricted to the areas of C-Living.
7.2 Host residents are held responsible for the conduct and safety of the visitor, or any charges or damages incurred by the visitor while s/he is in C-Living.
7.3 Each resident shall have a maximum of one visitor at any one time. For safety reasons, residents should notify C-Living and register in advance for any visit.
7.4 Visitors must comply with all the rules and regulations as set out in the rules and regulations. C-Living reserve the right to prohibit a resident, visitor or any other person from entering, or demand him/her to leave at any time when deemed
Except for air-conditioner and open kitchen (including cabinets and cooking stoves) , tenants have to purchase other furnitures by themselves.
7.1 訪客沒有住客陪同的情況下,不得進入C-Living範圍。
7.2 訪客在C-Living範圍的個人安全、行為及內因違規或導致任何損壞,住客須為此承擔一切責任及賠償。
7.3 訪客每次只限一名,而訪客需要在探訪前填寫C-Living的網上登記表格。
7.4 訪客必須遵守住客守則。如有必要,C-Living將保留禁止住客、訪客或其他人士進入的權利,並要求其離開C-Living。
8.1 To prevent possible fire accident: do not burn paper or debris.
8.2 Residents must refrain from obstructing emergency escape. Nor put along fire escapes, corridors and stairwells personal items such as garbage, shoes, slippers, umbrellas. C-Living will immediately confiscate any belongings or items unattended without prior notice.
8.3 In order to maintain normal operations of C-Living, staff will conduct engineering inspections and enter the bedrooms at all times when necessary. Under normal circumstances, C-Living must notify residents in advance before arranging inspections and repairs for individual rooms.
8.4 For public health and safety reasons, C-Living has the right to request residents with highly infectious diseases to move out. Balance of deposit will be refunded within 30 days without interest.
8.5 Residents shall not interfere with or disrupt the power cable systems, smart card systems, CCTV system, smoke detector, fire sprinkler and lighting systems, emergency escape, or any other residence and room facilities.
8.1 嚴禁在C-Living範圍內 (包括房間、公共空間及露台) 吸煙以及焚燒廢紙雜物,以免引起火災。
8.2 為避免阻礙緊急逃生及走火通道,走廊及樓梯間等地方一律嚴禁有任何物品阻塞;包括垃圾桶、皮鞋、拖鞋、雨傘及衣物等;一旦發現上述情況,將立即棄置,而不作另行通知及任何賠償。
8.3 C-Living有可能派工程人員進入住客房間內執行職務,例如一般檢查維修等等。在正常及許可之情況下,會在事前通知住客,以便安排進入房間工作 。
8.4 基於公眾健康及安全考慮,C-Living有權要求患有高度傳染病的住客或訪客立即離開,而受影響期間的租金及按金將於30日內無息發還。
8.5 不得干擾或破壞房間內電線系統及智能卡系統、閉路電視系統、消防系統、照明系統、逃生通道 (例如﹕防煙門) 及其他房間設備。

9.1 Under normal circumstances, if residents violate house rules without violating the law, C-Living will issue warning in letter or verbally and may further ask for indemnity. After 3 consecutive warnings, C-Living has the right to terminate residents’ identity and request them to move out immediately. C-Living also has the right to confiscate all the payments made by residents without prior notice.
9.2 If residents violate the law, no warning will be given and C-Living will terminate residents’ identity and request them to move out immediately, confiscating all the payments made by residents without prior notice.
9.1 住客如在沒有觸犯香港法例下違反以上守則,C-Living一般會先發出書面或口頭警告並可能要求租客賠償,在三次警告後,C-Living有權立即取消其住客資格,住客需即時搬離;C-Living更有權在不需要住客同意的情況下,沒收所繳付之一切費用及不會發還任何按金。
9.2 如住客之行為觸犯香港法例,C-Living將不會作任何警告而立即取消其住客資格及沒收所繳付之一切費用及按金。
